You have the Power to Heal Yourself


The  Power of  your breath  and the power of water are the very basis upon which our health and well-being rest.
 
Step one:
Begin your path to self-healing simply by taking an occasional deep breath. Fill your lungs with fresh air, fill them with fresh oxygen, and exhale completely. Set a reminder for yourself to do this throughout the day every hour whenever possible

Step two:
Drink 2-3 big sips of fresh, clean water every 30 to 40 minutes throughout the day. This will begin your healthy detox. 

As you make these 2 steps your habit, you will notice your overall state of well-being improve step-by-step, and you'll be ready for the next steps of creating a healthier, happier, and more vibrant you.

Living healthy is quite simple. By simply going  back to the basics of. We are a product of nature, and we need to be supportive of our nature and nature all around us. In doing so. Practice your power to self-heal. It is the most powerful way to recover and maintain a healthy physical and mental state of being.

Nutrition

Fresh healthy, organic fruits, and vegetables, along with healthy proteins, such as grass, fed beef, chicken, eggs, and fish provide the building blocks and fuel for our daily action. 
Coming away from eating for our taste buds and moving towards eating with purpose means to choose foods that we know will complement our health and well-being. Along with it it is very important that we incorporate a daily practice of fasting for 12 or more hours to allow our bodies to reset and process the food we ate properly.
